1 Where is my MAC Cosmetics order?

You will receive an email update when your order is confirmed, picked-up, and delivered. Once your Postmate has picked up your order, you can track their location in the tracking link. You can find your order tracking link in your order confirmation email or your order history by logging into your maccosmetics.com account.

2 Can I track my delivery in real-time?

Yes! Check your inbox for your order confirmation email where you can locate your order tracking link. You can also find the tracking link in your order history by logging into your maccosmetics.com account.

3 What if I’m not there to receive my delivery?

We recommend leaving any special delivery instructions on the checkout page (e.g., “Please leave package with doorman”). You will receive an SMS notification when your order is picked up and is on the way. Track your delivery in real-time using your tracking link. When your Postmate arrives, he or she will wait for up to 5 minutes while attempting to reach you. After 5 minutes, your Postmate will move on to make their next delivery and you will be unable to contact them. Remember to keep your phone nearby!

4 Will I be charged if I miss my delivery?

If attempted delivery fails, Postmates will return your order to our store. You will be charged the Postmates delivery fee and your order will be processed as a return. Returns are processed within 3 to 5 business days (need to confirm). The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.

5 Can I contact my Postmates driver?

Yes! If you need to contact your Postmate, tap the Help button next to their name. Please note that your Postmate may be unable to respond right away if they are driving. (Need to confirm with Postmates)

6 Can I add/remove items to my order once I’ve confirmed order?

Not at this time. If you’d like additional items delivered, visit Maccosmetics.com to complete another order.

7 What if I provided the wrong delivery address?

Always double-check the delivery address and phone number at checkout before confirming your order. Once the order is placed, the delivery address cannot be updated.

8 Can I cancel my Postmates delivery?

Once the order is placed, no changes can be made.

9 Can I return my order?

Once your order is delivered, you will need to personally take the order back to the store for return. Postmates cannot return on your behalf.

10 How do I report missing item(s) in my order?

11 Why is 2 Hour Delivery not available for me?

Currently, 2 Hour Delivery is only available for select metro areas. If this feature is not available, please select one of our other delivery methods.

12 When will my credit card be charged?

A hold will placed on your card once you confirm order on the maccosmetics.com site. Your card will be charged once your order is picked up.

13 Will I be charged if my order gets cancelled?

If the store is unable to fulfill your order for any reason, your order will be cancelled. Your card will not be charged.

14 Can I use AfterPay for my 2 Hours delivery order?
