1 How do I check the current status of my order?

2 What do I do if my shipment was not delivered as planned?

Contact us on 18002672666 and we will arrange an attempt to deliver again.

4 How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. Once they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible date. In case they are unable to reach your provided address at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders above Rs 20,000, our Customer Service team will get in touch with you to confirm your order before it is placed and prepared for shipping.

5 How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

RETURNS & REFUNDS


2 How Do I Return A Purchased Item?

Go to our FIND STORES page to locate a M·A·C store near you. You must bring the products, along with the invoice and a valid ID card. Or you can CONTACT US to arrange a pick up. If you have any queries about our returns policy or eligibility, or to request a return, please call us on 18002672666 or email us at SUPPORT@MACCOSMETICS.IN within 15 days of receipt of order.

3 Can I Return Part Of My Order?

Yes, you can. For full or partial returns, you will be refunded to the value of your purchase. For full or partial exchanges, we will assist you with returning the order, and placing a new order or in store purchase.

4 How Will I Get Refunded For My Returned Item?

For payments made via debit or credit card, the payment will be refunded to the same debit or credit card. In case you are returning the product in the store, you must carry the same debit or credit card to the store. For cash on delivery payments – We will contact you via email to share your bank details. We will then initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount, within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. If you return your order in a MAC Cosmetics store, you can also choose to get your refund as a gift card which can be redeemed at any MAC Cosmetics store near you.

5 When Will I Get My Refund?

We will contact you via email to share your bank details. We will then initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount, within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

6 I Have Received The Wrong Product, Can I Return It?

7 My Order Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?

If you prefer to pay by cash, you can use our Cash on Delivery (CoD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery to your doorstep. All you have to do is, select Cash on Delivery as your payment option during checkout.
